A classic valley walk

Know before you go

01

The route

Begin in central Theth and follow local signs south toward Grunas. The path mixes village lanes, river views, and rocky trail. The final approach can be slippery after rain.

02

What to see

A narrow 30-metre cascade drops from a limestone wall into a shaded basin. Pair the walk with Grunas Canyon viewpoints, but keep back from exposed edges and fast water.

03

Go prepared

Wear shoes with grip, carry water, and avoid climbing wet rock around the falls. Trail conditions change after storms; ask your host locally if the river is high.
